This is an appeal by Ralston Purina Company from an adverse decree of the Pope County Chancery Court in a suit filed by Ralston against A. E. Davis, et al., to set aside a conveyance of 400 acres of farmland from J. M. Davis to his son and daughter-in-law, A. E. Davis and Georgene Davis, as a fraud on creditors.
