The petitioners, who are the daughters of David F. Bailey by his deceased first wife, instituted this proceeding under article 77 of the Mental Hygiene Law to have the First National Bank and Trust Company of Ithaca appointed conservator of their father's property. A guardian ad litem appointed to protect the father's interests in this action, but who apparently never saw or consulted with Mr. Bailey, agreed that the petition should be granted, but Mr. Bailey's second wife...
