By a disciplinary petition filed on March 15, 1973, pursuant to the provisions of Maryland Code (1968 Repl. Vol.) Art. 10, § 13 and Maryland Rule BV3, the Bar Association of Baltimore City charged William Carruth, a member of the Maryland Bar since 1959, with professional misconduct, malpractice and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
