COFFIN, Chief Judge.

This case, again before us after having been vacated in the Supreme Court, is an appeal by the defendants, father and son, from joint convictions on three counts of a nine-count indictment charging the mailing of obscene matter in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1461.1 The Supreme Court remanded this case to us with the direction that we reconsider it in light of Miller v. California, 413 U.S. 15
