PER CURIAM:

A jury found Savard guilty of violating 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(2),1 and he was sentenced to one year in prison. All but three months was suspended. This appeal followed.

A Canadian citizen with a permanent United States work permit, Savard was chief of a fruit picking crew in Florida. His pay consisted of a percentage of the profits made from the picked fruit. Gene Mark Levesque...
