This is an appeal by Interstate Fire Insurance Company from a circuit court judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of Willie L. Ingram on two fire insurance policies. One of the policies was on a residential building in the amount of $3,000 and the other one was on the contents in the amount of $3,500. The judgment was for the full amount of $3,000 on the building and for $2,060 on the contents. The appellee Ingram was also awarded statutory penalty...
