Defendants Gwin LeBlanc, Jerry Slocum, and Harry Henderson, III appeal the judgment rescinding defendants' sale of a lot to plaintiff Donald R. Collins and awarding him damages for the cost of building his home on the lot. Collins answered the appeal seeking an increase in the $22,484.45 award.
