This is a suit for breach of contract. The plaintiff, Starke Taylor & Son, Inc., entered into a contract to purchase the 1971-72 cotton crop from two certain farms operated by the defendant, Riverside Plantation, a partnership composed of John T. Batten and Mrs. Desiree Clotier Prudhomme. Plaintiff contends defendant was obligated to deliver the entire 569 bales produced from the two farms during the 1971-72 crop year, and that defendant delivered...
