Defendant, Colonial Enterprises, Inc., is a Minnesota corporation in voluntary dissolution. In December 1971, plaintiff, Mississippi Valley Development Corporation, obtained a default judgment against defendant; some 7 months later, defendant moved to vacate the default judgment and dismiss the complaint for want of personal jurisdiction. Defendant's appeal from the order denying this motion requires us to consider several issues regarding questions...
