SMITH, Justice.

The principal question involved in this appeal from the Washington County Court (now Washington Superior Court) is whether or not a written agreement existed between the plaintiff and the defendants relative to the terms and amounts of payment to be made to the plaintiff, the assignee of a judgment against the defendants.
