Movant Brownridge sought to vacate the judgment and sentence imposed against him by a collateral attack under Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R. In 1960, movant was sentenced to ninety-nine years' imprisonment following a verdict and judgment determining that he was guilty of forcible rape.
