APPEAL OF DEFENDANT FISH

Fish's first assignment of error is based upon the admission of evidence of the following incidents:

Kim Zachary Wall testified that during the trial Fish waved a piece of paper at him in the courtroom on which was written, "Don't worry; Jesus will save me." Debra Nipper testified that on the same morning Fish showed her a piece of paper which said, "Don't worry Jesus will save you."
