This is an appeal by State Accident Insurance Fund from an order of the Multnomah County Circuit Court finding that claimant sustained an accidental injury on November 24, 1972, "in the course of his employment," and remanding the claim to SAIF for payment of compensation. The hearing officer and the Workmen's Compensation Board had previously ruled that claimant had failed to prove that his present claim arose out of his employment, and their determination...
