Meikrantz from the judgment of the Justice Court, Town of Union, New York, convicting him of a violation of subdivision 2 of section 1192 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law; and (2) by defendant Joseph W. Kopesky from the judgment of the Justice Court, Town of Vestal, New York, convicting him of a violation of subdivisions 1, 2, and 3 of section 1192 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
