This is a suit under the Wrongful Death Act of the State of Texas, brought by the parents of the decedent, Rickey Joe Williams, a minor, who was killed while riding as a passenger on a motorcycle driven by Harold Charles Volking, which was struck by a pickup truck driven by defendant, Harold Henry, hereinafter called Henry.
