This is a suit for specific performance of an earnest money agreement for the sale of real property in Washington County. Plaintiff was the agent for a corporation which was to be the purchaser of the property and that fact was disclosed. The agreement, however, named plaintiff as the purchaser and as an individual, with no reference to the corporation or to the fact that plaintiff was an agent.
