Appellant Mildred Evlyn Bell instituted this suit against appellee Buddies Super-Market for damages for personal injuries sustained by her as a result of a fall on a walk ramp leading from a parking lot to the sidewalk in front of appellee's store in the City of Arlington, Texas.
