A show cause order having issued on July 8, 1974 as to what jurisdiction this Court has in this matter in that Section 9-24-28 of the G.L.1956 (1969 Reenactment) entitled "Certification of equitable causes for construction of wills and trust deeds" was repealed by the General Assembly.

The parties having failed to file legal memorandum in regards to the jurisdiction of this Court within the time required, the above entitled matter is hereby dismissed...
