This is an appeal from convictions of aggravated robbery, 1967 Perm.Supp., C. R.S.1963, 40-5-1, and assault with a deadly weapon, C.R.S.1963, 40-2-34, both of which arise out of the same incident.

On February 19, 1971, the manager of a supermarket was robbed at gunpoint by three men. Two of the robbers beat the manager in the store and parking lot while a third remained in the getaway car. As the car drove away, an eyewitness viewed the defendant...
