OPINION

CHOY, Circuit Judge:

Malone appeals his conviction for refusing to submit to induction.1 He attacks his conviction on multiple grounds, and although we agree that the Selective Service System's processing of his case fell short, at times, of the high standards that citizens ought to expect of their Government, none of the System's failings affect the validity of Malone's conviction.
