The Tejas Trail Property Owners Association, plaintiff, sued James S. Holt, defendant, seeking both a temporary and a permanent injunction enjoining Holt from constructing a roof on his house in violation of restrictive covenants that were alleged to be applicable to Holt's lot. Plaintiff also sought a mandatory injunction ordering the roof that had been installed on defendant's house...
