Manuchehr Rabie (hereafter Manuchehr) appeals from a judgment declaring his marriage to Judith Ellen Turner Rabie (hereafter Judith) to be a nullity. (Civ. Code, § 4425, subd. (d).)1 The appeal lies. (Code Civ. Proc., § 904.1, subd. (a).)
