This is a suit arising out of an inheritance dispute between plaintiff-appellant Joe Griffith and appellee Mae Aarons Jones concerning the ownership of one share of stock in "The Country Club" of Tyler. Champ Jones was the father of Walter Jones and Fleida Jones Griffith, who was the mother of appellant Joe Grif-wife of Walter Jones.
