This is an action by Inez Davis Kapellas opposing the probate of the last will and testament of Clemence Gussman. The appellant contends she is the adopted daughter and sole surviving heir of Clemence and Joseph Gussman and that provisions in the last will and testament of her mother amount to disinherison.
