SYLLABUS BY THE COURT

ANIMALS — Wrongful Removal of Livestock — No Error in Granting Remittitur. In an action brought to recover damages for the wrongful removal of certain livestock, the record is examined and it is held: (1) There was sufficient evidence to warrant submitting the case to the jury and (2) the trial court did not err in granting a remittitur on motion for a new trial.
