Order reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, without costs, and motion to dismiss each cause of action granted.

Plaintiffs commenced this action on or about April 19, 1973, seeking, inter alia, (1) to vacate a default judgment entered against plaintiff Nat Levine on January 24, 1968, which was thereafter assigned to defendant Midas Collections, Inc., on January 23, 1969, and (2) to cancel the defendant Sheriff's deed, dated on or about April 28, 1969...
