The defendant, Lyle W. Webb, Jr., has been charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime, a violation of 13 V.S.A. § 1201, by an information signed by the State's Attorney on April 15, 1974, and filed with the District Court of Vermont, Unit No. 2, Addison Circuit. Cash bail was set by the District Court in the amount of $1,000.00 on the same day. Counsel for the defendant, the Public Defender of Addison County, filed a motion for the review...
