This is a suit by a landlord for damages for breach of a lease contract with the defendants being the lessee, Fidelity Lease Limited, a limited partnership, Interlease Corporation, which is a corporation and the only general partner of Fidelity Lease Limited, and the twenty-two limited partners of Fidelity Lease Limited.
