Defendants, James McGhee and Rochester Lowe, were indicted for battery, resisting arrest and aggravated battery. After a bench trial, they were found guilty of aggravated battery.1 Defendant McGhee was sentenced to 2 years' probation and defendant Lowe was sentenced to 5 years' probation, with the first 90 days to be served in the Work Release Program...
