This is an appeal by two heirs, Robert Walker and Curtis Walker, from an order approving the final account rendered by the institutional executor, National Bank of Commerce of Seattle, in the above-captioned estate.

It will serve no useful purpose for us to enumerate the bitter and protracted series of disputes concerning administration of the estate of Amy Walker, who died testate on March 20, 1970...
