Appellant brought this suit for damages caused by an alleged conversion of a mobile home. Trial was to a jury which found the fair market value of the mobile home to be $5,695.00, found that the appellees acted in concert and with malice in "moving" the mobile home and assessed exemplary damages against appellees for $7,235.00.
