The defendants, Leon Pittman and Rosemary Patricia Engleman, charged in a one-count indictment with unlawfully possessing 7.40 grams of heroin with the intent to distribute it, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) (1), and aiding and abetting, 18 U.S.C. § 2, have moved to suppress evidence seized by the officers at the time of their warrantless arrests on December 11, 1973.
