Petitioner, a duly qualified and certified school psychologist, was first employed by the respondent Board of Education on a part-time basis in 1959. In 1961 she became a full-time school psychologist, for which position she was granted tenure by the board in 1963. She remained in this post until September 1, 1970 when the position was abolished. The board retained her services for one more year, however, as a part-time psychologist on a three-fifths week basis. At the end...
