This is an appeal by the government from a dismissal by the Superior Court of a petition alleging juvenile delinquency because only a federal offense was charged to support the petition.1 The trial court held that the Family Division of Superior Court had no jurisdiction to try a juvenile in these circumstances as jurisdiction was lodged in the United States District Court, not the Superior Court.
