This is an appeal from consolidated actions by Edward and Pearl Mater, plaintiffs-appellees, and William C. and Lillian K. Barnett, plaintiffs-appellees, against Galen H. Boese and Mary Boese, defendants-appellants, to determine title to the proceeds from wheat harvested and sold in Ness County, Kansas. The defendants have duly perfected an appeal from the district court's judgment sustaining the plaintiffs...
