Defendants Robert J. Montague and Howard R. Peterson were convicted by jury verdict of the crime of second-degree burglary. The trial court imposed sentence upon Montague pursuant to statute. Subsequent to the jury verdict the prosecuting attorney filed a supplemental information against Peterson charging him with being an habitual criminal.
