Mixon, the record owner of the title to a tract of land lying in the Caldwell Survey in Henderson County, Texas, brought suit against appellees, J. B. Clark and Henry Onetia Clark, the owners of adjacent land in the Martinez Survey seeking to recover title and possession to a 7.6-acre tract of land enclosed by appellees' fence.
