PER CURIAM:

In a jury trial, the appellant was convicted of having imported 410 pounds of marijuana into the United States in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 952(a) and § 960(a)(1). On a second count of the indictment, she was convicted of having possessed the same marijuana with intent to distribute it, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) and 21 U.S.C. § 841(b).
