Plaintiff, John Wesley Glenn, was hospitalized in Willis-Knighton Hospital for surgery from June 10, 1970, during which time he was under the care of Drs. Marc L. Kerlin, III, and H. M. Yearwood.

Plaintiff filed this action against Drs. Kerlin and Yearwood and their liability insurer, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company. He filed a separate action against Willis-Knighton and its insurer...
