Petitioner dependent school district (named New Model) requests this Court to assume original jurisdiction and grant a writ of mandamus requiring respondents to "revoke" certain emergency transfer orders entered by respondent county superintendent on February 19, 1974 and the approval thereof on that same date by respondent State Board of Education. The transfer orders sought to be so revoked were purportedly based on Title 70 O.S. 1971...
