White, prays that the sale be rescinded and that he have judgment for the purchase price paid of $35,000 against the vendor and Lamar Realty, Inc., John Salley Realty, and the Monroe-West Monroe Board of Realtors, Inc., who, as agents of the vendor, sold him the property, all of whom entered pleas...
