This case presents the issue whether an alleged violation of rules of the New York Stock Exchange adopted pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 19341 grounds a cause of action under that Act so as to vest exclusive jurisdiction in the federal courts and thereby preclude the enforcement of an arbitration agreement under Wilko v. Swan.2
