TATE, Justice.

The defendant was convicted of armed robbery, La.R.S. 14:64, and sentenced to twenty years at hard labor. On his appeal, he relies upon three specifications of error. We do not find reversible merit in any of them.

The defendant is charged with robbing a window-clerk of a fried-chicken restaurant at about 9:30 PM. This employee and another employee-witness identified the defendant by build and the pattern of facial hair as one of the two masked...
