This is an appeal from an order overruling defendant's plea of privilege. Plaintiff, William English, brought this suit in Travis County, against defendant, Precision Motors, Inc. Defendant filed its plea of privilege to be sued in Dallas County, and plaintiff's contraverting affidavit relied upon art. 1995, §§ 7 and 23 of Vernon's Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann.
