In this civil rights action the plaintiff seeks monetary damages for the life of Jacqueline Ford, her deceased daughter. The plaintiff alleges that on May 17, 1972, defendants Rudolph Will and Snead Carroll, two police officers for the City of Milwaukee, met with several other police officers of the Milwaukee Police Department.
