Oren D. Ortego claims damages for the death of his father, Wilson Ortego, resulting from injuries which the latter sustained when he was struck by a vehicle being driven by Mrs. Loretta G. Douget. The defendant is State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, the liability insurer of Mrs. Douget. The trial court rendered judgment for the defendant, and plaintiff has appealed.
