KERN, Associate Judge:

Appellant was charged by petition in the Family Division of the Superior Court with assault with intent to commit murder. He was found guilty and placed on probation for a year.

Testimony at the factfinding hearing by complainant Bull, his wife, Irene, and a friend, Lawrence Lee, established that appellant and an adult, Don Houston, forced Bull to leave Lee's car at gunpoint, thereafter they beat up Bull, and then ordered him into another...
