BOYD, Justice.

This cause is before us on appeal from the Metropolitan Court, Dade County. The trial court, in its final order, directly construed the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, giving this Court jurisdiction of the direct appeal under Section 3 of Article V of the Florida Constitution, F.S.A.
