This is a suit for workmen's compensation benefits. Plaintiff is Archie T. Farris and defendants are Milburn J. Ducote, d/b/a Coltharp's Commission Barn, and Argonaut Insurance Company (sometimes referred to as "employer" and "insurer" respectively).
