This is a suit for workmen's compensation benefits. Plaintiff is Archie T. Farris and defendants are Milburn J. Ducote, d/b/a Coltharp's Commission Barn, and Argonaut Insurance Company (sometimes referred to as "employer" and "insurer" respectively). It is undisputed that plaintiff suffered an accident during the course and scope of his employment on December 15, 1970, when he was attacked by a bull at the auction barn.
