This appeal results from a trial court hearing at which the appellant's probation was revoked.

On April 18, 1972, the appellant (Ewing) was arrested for a violation of the Uniform Narcotic Drug Act, IC 1971, 35-24-1-1 et seq., Ind. Ann. Stat. § 10-3519 et seq. (Burns Supp. 1973). Ewing entered a plea of guilty, and, on September 21, 1972, received a sentence of two to ten years imprisonment, and fine and costs of $300.00. The...
